Chapter 2.
Kame was running around looking for his lover, searching every place he could think of. Both Pi and Ryo nodded and left without a word. Kame turned back to Koki and looked into the eyes that still held the same look he’s seen after every single one of Kok’s nightmare, fear, self-loathing, uncertainty, defeat and the darkness that once surrounded Koki’s very being that only Kame’s light can now penetrate. He will not let the darkness have Koki again.
“Koki” Kazu called softly, yet still no answer from his boyfriend.
“ koki....” he said coming closer and until he was right in front of him. He reached out and cupped the side of Koki’s face in one hand and leaned in to kiss him once on the lips.

Slowly Koki started to come around, as he always did when Kazu said the only words that they both knew could, and would, bring him back.
