Exactly,since I don't where chapter 4 is going to go at the moment. Read ch.3 and if you have any thoughts or suggestions they would be really helpful. Oh and I have pinched nerve located somewhere in my shoulder blade area so that kinda doesn't help me at the moment,lol.
