Which really didn’t please the older one too much as he was stuck sharing a room with the-ever-so-whiny Bakanishi Jin, where as his boyfriend Junno roomed with Kazuya....who by far was easier to handle on most situations. ( especailly ones that involved love.) Maru couldn’t help but remember the whole Akame/PIn triangle and subsquently rolled his eyes at the memory.

 

　

“ Maaaarruuuu......?” came Jin’s voice, at which Yuichi rolled his eyes and turned to face him.

 

“What?” he said

 

　

“What is the matter with those two?” Jin motioned to the door they were still standing in front of and whose occupants were wide awake, waiting...listening to the whole ordeal outside. All the while both were waiting with baited breath for Maru’s reply.

 

　

“ That’s what I'd like to know.” Came Kame’s voice from somewhere near Jin’s left shoulder. Kazuya, who was staring out the hotel window didn’t turn around as he posed his question to both Maru and Junno, who at this point was standing in front of the door to Koki’s and Ueda’s room as if to keep them from being disturbed.

 

　

All Junno and Maru could do was shrug, not that they didn’t already know of course seeing as how they can put two and two together. Even Junno noticed the way Koki looked at Kame and the love and desire he saw there. Yuichi had noticed Tatsyua looking at Jin the same, fortuitosly Taguchi had enough sense to go to Maru with it as he didn’t know what to do, instead of the latter. Taguchi wasn’t as out of tune with the atmosphere as everyone thinks. Quite the contrary actually, he noticed this before his boyfriend did and that’s what’s so ironic about it since it goes against what every thinks about him. It’s one of the main reason’s why Maru fell in love with him in the first place. ( but that’s another story all together)

 

　

“ I don’t know but I am going to bed now. See you in the morning.” With a quick kiss on his boyfriend’s lips he disappears to his room and his much awaited pillow.

 

“ I might as well turn in too, coming Kazuya?” Junno asked.

 

　

“ I’ll be there in a bit.” Kazuya said, still not turning away from the window. He only looked sideways as Jin walked over to stare out the same window as his friend. Standing there looking out over the city skyline, which, by the way, looked like an ant colony on the move...seeing as they were in the 7th floor.

 

　

“ So Kazu, any thoughts as to what it is that put a catch in both Koki’s and Ueda’s crawl?” Jin patiently waited for an answer, since he learned the hard way what happens when you push Kazu for answers, from his friend/ex. They broke up when Jin left him for Pi.

 

“ Not a clue” was kame’s only response.

 

　

“ What do you mean...? Not a clue.? Jin’s eyebrows knitted together.

 

“ What I mean is, is that I have been turning it over and over in my mind but I just can’t figure it out.” Which wasn’t entirely true but he wasn’t going to tell Jin that, now was he? “ But it seems that both Maru and Junno know or at least guess something and it’s not use asking either of them about it as they won’t tell us anything anyway and Junno definitly won’t seeing as Maru’s been too big of an influence on about knowing when to speak up and when to keep his mouth shut” Kame said seeing Jin’s eyes light up, knowing all to well what Jin was planning to do and he gave him a very stern S-dictator type look. Something he picked up from Ueda and found that it was a very effective technique.

 

　

“ Okay. But will you now answer my question from way back when?”

 

“ You mean, why I wasn’t all that cut up when we broke up and when I found out that you and Yamapi hooked up shortly there after?!” Kazu gave Jin that all knowing look that frustrates the hell out of the latter.

 

“ Yeah, that one.” Was all Jin said.

 

“ It’s quite simple really, I already knew that he was the one that you loved at the time...not me; and it was me who pushed him to admit his feelings for you, to you, oh and Nashikido helped there as well.” He answered. Though he was only telling a half truth to his friend, but again he wasn’t about to tell Jin the real reason either.

 

　

“Oh, alright” Was all Jin could say.

 

“Friends?” Jin asked a bit uncertain.

 

Kazu thought for a bit..” Friends” He smiled and said “ Let’s get to bed before JunRu wonder what became of us and send out a search party to hunt us down. If I come up with a theory behind Koki’s and Ueda’s odd behavior, I’ll let you know". Kame replied..

 

“ Okay, good night.” Jin said with his famous Bakanishi smiles and went off to bed.

 

Kame, who continued to watch the cars speed by down on the street below, pondered his friends’ odd behavior, which started in the months before their first Sendai Concert, when they were in the middle of preparing for their 14 day concert run. By that I mean, it started in the KT dance studio during dance practice one evening and where they did their solo preperations as well, which they had to do with everybody watching so ( as their evil manager put it) to get feed back on whether or not to do this or that. After fifteen minutes he finally made his way to his bed and pillow, hoping that he was too tired to dream of Koki and his haunting touch. Koki and Ueda had fallen asleep along time ago.
