You have no idea. But yeah, it takes time and it's alot of work. But it also depends how long it is as well. The one-shots can be done in like 10-15, whereas the multi-chapter ( the one mine turned into) take a really long time to complete and you have to be able to keep the story straight in your head. But it's alot of fun at the same time so I wouldn't let the fact that it's takes time and stuff like that keep you from writing one. I didn't, in fact, I used to think the same way you did...mrs.Kamenashi...and I originally wasn't going b/c of the time and the amount of work that might be involved. But I got bored enough one day and the story was already running through my head, I started to put pen to paper and I found that once I got started it turned out to be quite fun; and I am still having fun with it. Albeit I am a bit frustrated at this point in regards to chapter 4's direction....but I should have it worked out in the couple days or so.
