why do people do this crap I will never know nor understand

Due to my Kokame fic An Unexpected Divide being posted on a site ( the link to the site in question I posted yesterday) out side LJ, I may have to  discontinue writing it. They didn't ask me if they could re post anywhere else and, while I am glad they didn't change the author, I shouldn't have to state that my permission is needed before it can be posted outside of LJ. I can't contact them b/c in order to do that you have to register for the site apparently and I don't speak chinese. I am putting too much into this to have someone go and do this without my consent, now if whomever is behind it wants to contact me on here and give me a way to contact back then we can talk about it. But until then it will remain unfinished, I will continue writing it but it won't be posted. I sincerely apologize to my readers but until its taken down on the other site it won't be posted here. Gomen, na but as the author I have to do what I think is best, I am really sorry.


Side Note: I have a feeling that Rescue Me wound up there as well.
